Michael Vermillion, Vice President, Global Business Intelligence, J.D. Power
Michael Vermillion leads three practice areas at J.D. Power including the Travel and Hospitality Intelligence Practice, Healthcare Intelligence practice and Customer Service Advisory practice. He is responsible for the growth of the business by working with clients closely to design and deliver solutions to key strategic issues.
A key thought leader in the field of Customer Service Excellence, Mr. Vermillion is the co-author of the forthcoming book J.D. Power's Guide to the Net Promoter Score® and is a regular contributor to publications and blogs including The Digital Customer.
Mr. Vermillion received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA in corporate finance from the University of Chicago.
Jennifer Corwin, Senior Manager, Consumer Insights, J.D. Power
Jennifer Corwin is the Senior Manager of Consumer Insights for the Global Travel and Hospitality and Digital Practices at J.D. Power. She is responsible for thought leadership and providing insights and analyses in the company’s Voice of the Customer research across the travel and hospitality and digital sectors. Her work spans multiple industry verticals within the travel practice (hotels, airlines, rental cars, airports, cruise lines, loyalty programs, and destinations) and across multiple industries within the digital practice (automotive, insurance, utilities, banking, wealth, telecom, and travel).
Ms. Corwin has been with J.D. Power for more than seven years. Prior to assuming her role within the consumer insights team, she provided industry insight and thought leadership within the Global Travel and Hospitality Practice. She began her career with J.D. Power in research operations where she oversaw and managed the company’s three major travel and hospitality syndicated studies: the North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study; the North America Airline Satisfaction Study; and the North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study.
Ms. Corwin earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and women’s studies from Western Michigan University.
