The BEST Program "Business as a Second Language" offering has evolved from a 7 week mini-course to a full-fledged course now entitled "Business Management Fundamentals" BME 5960. It will meet 8:40-9:55am Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the fall semester for 3 credits. It is open to PhDs and postdocs in any STEM field and is not strictly for biomedical engineers. Enroll in class number 18892. Entrepreneur Robert Karpman, MD MBA is the instructor, and will bring his vast personal and professional experience to the class to make the examples relevant to all fields.
