BESTie publishes paper that draws in public

A great example of science communication that contrasts the primary literature with the way it was shared with a broader audience. Ezen Choo's publication in the Journal of Food Science drew attention from the Chicago Tribune, who summarized her work with the title "How your morning coffee affects your afternoon sugar craving." The results may have implications for new recommendations by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
