Eilis Monahan is spearheading the relaunch of the Cornell Graduate Consulting Club. There is extensive interest in the Cornell graduate and post-doctoral community in learning about careers in consulting, which should be productively addressed by a vibrant student-run organization, similar to those at other top universities. This group, as reconceived, would provide members with in-depth exposure to the management and strategy consulting industry, inclusive of the fields of technology and human capital consulting.
There are lots of productive and fun things a graduate consulting group can do for its members, but all of these require a core group of engaged students who will get the CGCC off to a strong start! If you’re excited about the prospect of committing the time and energy to taking a leadership or administrative role in the reboot of the organization, please contact Ellis Monahan at firstname.lastname@example.org with “CGCC” in the subject heading. She will be in contact with respondents to schedule an organizational meeting next week. If you aren’t ready for this level of commitment, don’t worry! We’ll be in touch soon, and you can follow progress on the CGCC Facebook Group.
